Our qualified technicians perform an on-site functional test of the equipment before putting it into operation. Installation includes installation, configuration, and testing of the equipment's functionality in accordance with the standards of the technical documentation.
Instruction and training of medical staff
Medical staff undergoes comprehensive training and instruction on the use of the equipment to ensure its correct and uninterrupted operation. Additionally, the medical staff is provided with the necessary technical documentation for the equipment, videos and operating manuals.
Preventive and predictive maintenance
Performed periodically according to a schedule. It includes equipment diagnostics and manufacturer-regulated cleaning, lubrication and adjustment of equipment operating parameters.
Warranty and post-warranty service of medical equipment
