- The radiosurgical machine is used for cutting, cutting with simultaneous coagulation and coagulation of biological tissues.
- Radio wave RadioSURG® 2200 at a frequency of 2.2 MHz (2,200,000 cycles per second) is concentrated at the tip of the electrode. When the electrode touches the tissue, the cell is destroyed. This happens because the cell fluid expands, explodes and evaporates. The effect of cutting or coagulation when using radiofrequency energy is faster, without damaging the surrounding area. The electrode is a conductor of high-frequency energy and does not heat up. This effect can be demonstrated with an inflated balloon, which does not explode when it touches the activated electrode, as the heat is distributed only in the tissue.

The latest low-capacitance elements are used in radio frequency devices, which make it possible to reduce the peak voltage by controlling the release of stored energy. This significantly reduces the risk of light arcs, which can reach temperatures in excess of 1000°C. No burning, necrosis or infection occurs.
Voltage radioSURG® 2200 is automatically adjusted and remains constant throughout the entire operation. The constant voltage allows for an excellent, clean cut that is virtually indistinguishable from a scalpel. These samples are ideal for histopathological examination.
